I think there's something about the word 'Castrol'. I have tried to find a Tamiya kit with this name that I don't like, but found out that all of them were awesome. Castol Supra, Celica, Corolla, NSX and so on. I have even seen a Castol Clod Buster here on TC, and it looks awesome. It's like the Martini stripes, they look good on everything!


When I first saw one of these NSX kits, it wasn't painted and I thought it was supposed to be white like all the others. But no, this one is black! I think that color choice really makes it look much more aggressive.


I haven't decided if I want to use this as a runner yet. I have a NIP lightweight TL-01 chassis I can use, but not sure if there's any difference between this and the original chassis. Anyone who knows?
