Been busy today, helping neinei with his clod, blackfoot (wait and see) and a few other little bits but also got this finished and had perfect conditions for photos. There is a link at the bottom for the chassis so won't bore you again with that but the shell was bought off a TC member (thanks Steve and Ruderat) and has been painted in pactra candy blue and after loads of experimenting have also managed to get me some nice blue tyres! There was a thread on the forum which i started and got a few bits of advice of people but found something called Plastidip. It is essentially rubber paint but if anyone is more interested i can put up a little how to? I am even so sad i had to get blue inserts for the wheels! Anyway, very pleased with the finished article, I was after something pretty unique and think I got it. if anyone has any questions please ask and Wyo, am I in?!

Wow, amazing! How did you do it? Is this translucent paint? And the wheels? Of course we want a how-to! And an excellent choice of the car too. This is going straight to my favorites if you don't mind...

thanks guys, you've made me happy! will put a how to on later, nothing difficult but you need to see the paint used.@beetleman, yes its translucent paint (pactra candy blue) but the rims were bought clear blue off ebay. Feel free to put it in your favs.@wyo i know it doesn't look remotely real but i just wanted something very very different, i have another body and chassis which i will do in original stars and stripes.Cheers fellas
