Findhorn Rocket AKA 21st Century Cox Beetle

Much as i loved the look of the truggy, it just didnt cut it with the rest of my beetle collection. A swift order to Kamtec And 2 baja shells were on my doorstep! a weekend of Hacking, chopping,dremeling,milking,shaping,dancing,head scratching,sanding and i got the shell how i wanted it to look. Next up was colour, i've included this in 2 stages just to show off really. first the silver base fallowed by matt black then flip painted with custom colours green to blue (or purple cant remember) then topped off with Alclad II Gold to green.
Took the left over CR-01 Wheels and put on a set of HPI beach tyres. decals found in a box, and wonky (put on at 5.30am) but thats for part 2
