Had this on and off for a while now, and now it is about to where i want i to. ;)

Has the TWINSET butterfly chassis, Mr Lexan underguard, homemade rear cage in stainless steel, and a Kamtec shell, and the gearbox has been grinded to accept a Trinity Monster Horsepower 27 turns stock motor, which gives a PRETTY good speed. Also fitted with GPM Mini-T shocks at all corners, for a less bumpy ride..
Inspired by a TC-member, i have grinded off every second 'shovel' on the rear tyres, and widened the 2 center grooves in the front tyres for more grip.. Also, the white lettering was done after inspiration from TC. (Not something i am looking forward to doing again.. YUKK!)

The overall weight of the car, RTR with battery is now down to approx. 1800 grammes..

Great looking Baja Racer with good modsHandling will be much better like this I suppose.I like the look of the rear tires very much-is it difficult to cut of the shovels?Done by knife first?

Cheers, guys.
scooby> No, it´s not that difficult. I have done it, using the Dremel with grinding bit alone, but i reckon you could 'pre-trim' using a scalpel.

Very nice indeed. How did you go about making the rear cage?

The rear cage is shaped after the original cage, and tig-welded by my father, who has a metal-workshop.
