Porsche 914/6 GT project part 6

It has been some time now since I updated my little (big) project. I wanted to wait till this is completely finished, but some good friends around here convinced me to post the progress I made. Thank you for your great support, Tobbe and Cristian! Ok, here is what I did: Found some great Kyosho tape (0.5mm) for doing the shutlines and fabricated a mirror for the drivers door from cardboard, chrome foil, a body clip and some hot glue. Since I had some trouble finding the last sponsor decals, I went ahead and printed them on self-adhesive printer foil on my color laser printer. Worked great! I started doing the cockpit, still not finished. And I'm still looking for some wipers. They must be attached to the right, most wipers I found (e.g. highlift) are attached to the left. Beetle wipers are too small. Any ideas? Next update will be the finished car, with some outdoor shots, I promise! ;-) No more couch posing...

Wow, looks great.
Looks amazing, i've been watching this model closely! Why did you switch the locations of the PORSCHE and the SUNOCO stickers?
Christian...WONDERFUL! BEAUTIFUL!...I love this so much my friend. Absolutely GREAT work!!!
Thanks for your comments guys! Skottoman, great eye! In fact I didn't notice that!!!! I always took the other side of the car as reference, and it says SUNOCO PORSCHE on the right! I may fix that, since I printed some more of these decals!
Already in my Favorites,,, excellent, cant wait to see the finishing touches- BRAVO!
Christian - only just seen this project - absolutelty superb!! I,ve nearly finished my 1:1 914/6 GT - 3.2 on Webers , and have been veering towards orange for the paint job - I think you may have just made up my mind !!!
Thanks Steve, I'm honoured! @markmws: Wow, you have a 1:1 914/6?? You might want o take a look here [Click here] and here [Click here] for inspiration. 'Signalorange' is my favourite colour for the Porsche.
Really, the entry of this car when it's finished will need to be added to my favorites, that's for sure! I'd be tempted to ask 'How much?' - It really is that good!

Just beautiful- well done mate, you're a credit to Porsche's
Thanks for the nice comments, you guys are awesome! Every one of you can do something like this, it just takes some time. There are lots of nice 60's and 70's GT cars to build!
That is really nice. Good work fella!!
Brilliant car! I'd say you just post this every day: I never get tired of watching it.
Christian, whenever I need any inspiration for any project I am going to look back at every installment of this wonderful piece of work. Truly inspiring work! Cristian..
