Built on a TL-01 chassis, fitted out with a Dinky RC trail scout roof rack, a set of black five holed alloy TopCads and a 3racing working winch, connected up to a 3ch system so the winch works from the controller, still have a little bit of finishing off to do, thanks for looking and all comments welcome

Nice one Ian looks great the topcad wheels and leds bring it to life. Great work. Lets hope for some decent weather so you can take some shots outside. I have many pics of my cars inside but outside does seem better.

@ jeffy. They do somehow look so much different outside, but as you say not always possible, not with the crap weather we have been having. I’ll take it to work tomorrow, you never know the fog could lift and we could get a bit of sunshine. There’s another pig flying over the roof lol

Well we did have that strange fire ball in the sky here today for a while. Hahaha

It must have been localised Wayne, nothing but fog or clouds and plenty of ice

You really made a silk purse out of a sows ear there using a IMHO rubbish chassis like the TL-01 amazing Ian opened my eyes and ideas there.

I'm also using the TL01 for my Range Rover project. Much cheaper and easier to get than a XC and I don't wanna mess with Juta's Toe Rag.

nide out of the box thinking to use the TL-01 under this body. Result is very good: scale, tough, smooth, realistic, everything works together perfectly!

This really does look great Ian, very clever use of a rugged chassis, but if you don't mind a little constructive critsicsm I think if you could get the winch forward and up a bit more onto some kind of a scale bumper it would look even more scale.
