Here's what you need for a simple snorkel for scale crawlers:

- 2 drinkings draws

- shrink tubing (but it works without it, too)

- dull black paints

- drilling machine

- (hot) glue

- some plastic part for the snorkels head

- 10 minutes time

Here's the doing:

* cut the straw, put some shrink tubing on them

* connect the straws

* drill the hole in the body

* glue the tubes on the body

* paint them

hope you can use it :) - comments welcome

Just did on my Pajerobuild and it looks great. I'm not as fast working as you, so it took me more than 10 minutes, but the result is great. I was wondering if it would be too fragile/soft, but it's not. I used double straws though.

fine! since i used shrink tubes over the straws, they are very strong - just show some pics then

Will post soon! Just waiting for the rims to arrive. I also used shrink tubes outside, but haven't painted it. Btw, I found out a cheap and easy way to add weight to the wheels. I used some spirallead meant for fishing. 5x20gr in each rim.
