Another of the chassis's from the skip, but as ever being solely offroad I have no idea what it is except that its Tamiya! It is fully ballraced with oilshocks and shaft 4wd, any help would be greatly appreciated, cheers.

TB01 makes an OK rally car, throw a Traxxas waterproof ESC and steering servo in it an go throw some mud around!

Well, TB01 is basically the electric version of the Nitro TG10. They share a LOT of parts. You can get long arm suspension, swaybars, gearboxes, axles, universals etc from the TG10. I run a TB01 with brushless as an On-Road car, and it is quite spectacular. Because of the battery setup, you can run 8.4v and 9.6v NIMH hump packs. Also, if you want to run it offroad, there is a plastic sheild available to cover the tub, as well as foam dust guards for the steering and such. This is a collector chassis, and is excellent on and off road! Nice Find!!!!

make great rally cars, has it dot the foam dust covers still? you can get lexan covers to ptotect the top from dust too. i put a long arm suspension kit on mine which gives a decent amount of ground clearance. they're heavy chassis mind, dont drop it on your foot anyway

Well - it's (as other people mentiones) a TB01 (the rally version with the dust foams) and body mounts for the '99 german champion Impreza's (and maybe others). The chassis was never widely sold, is discontinued but the parts are not hard to find. The gearboxes (and suspension?) are from a TG10 (Nitro chassis from Tamiya) so they are heavy (metal gears, plastic ones were a hopup) but tough, and were designed for rallying. They are not worth a fortune but are good fun for bashing
