Here is my old touring car. The stock kit was fantastic, I used to run it with a 11t motor and a cosworth shell. Over the years it has all of the hop-ups that were available including titanium screws, the Carbon chassis conversion, front one way etc I dont want to think how much was sank into this car. It was put away in the loft for a while, but when I dug it out I thought I would just clean it up and add a couple of bling parts namely the arms. Also added the tamiya Alloy wheels for that extra touch of shelf class..
Loverly car. To good to stay on a shelf, so will run it every now and again.

Very nice chassis. I don't even know what it is I'm looking at but it looks great. Looks like a super TL-01.

Very nice TA02, these are one of the best looking chassis going all done up with hopups IMO. Ive lso got one fully loaded in black myself.

What a great car! The TA-01 is the best , and the availability of the hop ups is still very good.

TA02's are my favorite of the tamiya's .. such beautiful cars when loaded up with hopups, I've got a TA02RS that looks almost identical to yours

Still good cars, I can remember my son mixing it with the top guys of the day at Sweaty thumbs meet in Chelmsford with a fairly standard TAO2

I just lost out on a set of those rims because I didn't bid enough for the entire chassis. I should have bid for the wheels alone and collected the gravy from any bits of the chassis that would have been left over. Oh well, now I have a TA02RS in my hands because I won it not knowing exactly what it was.
