This is my restored RR, my runner for this season. Looking forward to drive it carefully around.

Upgraded with the beautiful 'AWESOME ALLOYS' Competition Chassis which gives much better handling and beautiful alloy Motor- and Gear cover. The body is a complete restoration of a totally wrecked and broken RR body with selfmade roof, driver body and headlamps. Decals are Tamiyaclub repro decals and the body is painted with Tamiya TS-19 metallic blue and TS-26 white. The driver 'wears' some Stickerbod´s Chiquita Scorchy stickers finished with matt clear spray. The body is finished with Tamiya clear coat.

Thanks for looking ! comments welcome as always !
cheers, Olli :-)

At the first moment I thought it was a new Chiquita RR ...becouse since I saw all your Chiquita SS jobs I understood... nothing is impossible for Olli. Wonderful restoration on this one buddy! The tiny decals on the driver are the cherry on the cake! Do not use a LIPO battery !!!

I just saw how many extra power a LIPO battery is able to give to an electric motor...

That looks great, right into the favorites. Is that a repaired rear cage, or a custom build. I really dig the black bumper, think I will be painting mine if I ever get around to building one of these. I agree on the decals suiting the driver perfectly.

Thanks for the nice comments ! @ Chris: Yes, the rear cage was also broken into 3 or 4 pieces, now repaired to run it. Still have to make a antenna mount, just a simple metal clamp.

Top Work on this one Olli, Thanks for fitting Awesome Alloy parts to this model. Now get over to the UK for some serious Beach Running and lets see how this RR goes. Into my Favourites for sure.
