This is my 'bitsa' TA-02 with DF-01 suspension buggy. The body is from a Nikko Landshark which was once tracks instead of wheels I was told. I don't think the guys at Nikko had foreseen a Landshark doing 60km/h+ with a MambaMax in it.

It does handle very well and goes right where you point it. It's nearly all Top Force Evolution parts on the shorter 257mm tourer wheelbase.

This was my first ever Tamiya when I took kit #58176 Repsol Escort and slowly turned it into a buggy with Top Force parts. (Don't panic Rally lovers, The TA-02 Escort still lives but with a HPI TA-02 tub.)

Thanks for looking. Action shots are thanks to my wife as usual. She really is great with the camera.

Spaceship on wheels! Kickin' up the dirt. There's a buggy in there somewhere... Quick corner Shower the camera Make 'Em Cry!

Awesome action shots Mark, I'm not a huge buggy fan, but I do like awesome photos of anything r/c

The short wheelbase should indeed help to make it more agile, but you say it's still a stable car, even with the MambaMax kit in it?

Top Force rear spikes all round is nice amounts of traction. Rather interesting to drive with some Blazing Star/CC-01 wheels. It probably would be too 'twitchy' for most people. It's what I learnt to drive RC fast with, so I guess I'm used to it. Poor thing has been thrashed about for almost 15 years.
