sorted out those tired old yellowed wheels and painted the lettering on the tyres. i really love this car now, my only current vintage model apart from a hornet which i am modernizing. im gonna keep the original gearbox i think as it seems pretty good, not having a diff dosent bother me and might help on the beach. :) all standard stuff exept for the CRP shock towers and a set of alu shocks :)

wow. those wheels improve the look no end, looking fantastic! i bought one last year and sold it straight on because the look was a bit odd.......might have to buy another now. mmmmm

oops yeah and the 540 the 380 literally fell apart in my hands when i got it!

@swedishking, nope i cleaned with a worn scouring pad, then just added lots thin coats of polycarb spray. it bites real well have done it before and it dosent flake off its great.

front shocks are ansmann 55mm. was around £6
