This is my Superchamp chassis bought very cheap on ebay cleaned ballraced etc. The Monster Beetle Body was in a sorry state, I should have started with a new Blitzer body wouldve saved some time but I dont like waste I suppose.
Thanks to toykid for his advise sometime ago and Volksrods car was an inspiration. Rad alloys look cool.Bumper made from and old cooking pot. I wanted some running pics but the hump battery was lame. Any ideas for decals?
Thanks for looking!

Whoa! Fantastic lookin' bug! Silver decals/stripes somehow? Or just some numbers? Probably best left alone as it looks great.

man, how cool is that! its really hard to make dark colors look good and show detail, but this is done really well with just the right amount of shine and alloy. nice job. was looking for a close up of the driver

It's always cooler to know that you made it look this good by means of restoration. Buying the new body would have been too easy. What an awesome looking ride!

That looks really nice, I like the back end, the S Champ has a bit more going on rather than just the SS plastic cage. As for decals - looks pretty fine without any !!

That's fabulous!! I'd leave it as it is - I don't think decals could improve it.
