Retro Racers - 1/10 Vintage Electric Buggy Series
It was the practice round for the Retro Racers vintage buggy class at Hinckley RCCC, Leicestershire last Saturday. The weather was fantastic and the old buggies caused a stir with the drivers. My Frog was lively on the track, suffering from a bit too much front end grip at times. However, I made a few changes and managed to tame the grip roll. Looking forward to next week when the series starts in earnest - we should be joined by quite a few more old buggies to make for some great racing - old skool style. If you would like to know more about the series, just send me an e-mail.
Cheers
James

Ditto on the Jealous factor. Would love a retro race day. Might introduce that idea at our race club.

Jammer, thanx to you and all the crew at Hinckley RCCC, for the help, hospitality and a quick retro race. I'll definitely be back to Hinkley for some more!
Now I have to think about what car to bring with me next time.
Thank you, Smitchos (Northampton)
