TL-01 Chassis being converted to Monster Truck

This I was given by nephew when I went round my parents to pick up my old MB. The shell was missing, the wheels and tires were in a terrible state, and I didnt even know what it was originally! Bought a Mk1 escort shell from Kamtec and some Ansmann buggy wheels and tyres for it, and with a bit of modification to the front bumpers with a dremel to stop the front wheels fouling on them under lock, all was fine.

Then I got it in my head to convert it to a TL01B, raise it up with some longer shocks, stick some 2.2' wheels and tyres on it then slap an HPI Hemi Cuda shell. Those bits are on the way as we speak, and these pics show its development to how it is at the moment

(I know the back end is dragging along, but hopefully that should get sorted once I get the longer shocks for it. I'm thinking 60 or 70mm Yeah Racing ones should do the trick)
