Hey Guys. Sorry if this is a bit long.
On Ebay I am brtrains-n-hobbies. I'm writing this to inform you of a scammer on ebay named bum.h2o I apologize for writing this here, but I wish someone would have warned me. If I get complaints, I will remove this.
After spending many hours of disassembling, polishing and reassembling this Bruiser, I listed it at what I considered to be a fair price of $659 USD. I really do try to list my items as accurately as possible, so when I sold the Bruiser to a member named bum.h2o He said it arrived with major body damage from shipping and also a bent chassis.
I am a very honest person and just assume other people are as well. I apologized for the shipping damage, but I would have noticed a chassis being bent. Or would I? I started to second guess myself. The buyer seemed very honest and was very detailed as he described the damage. He asked for a $200 refund or would leave negative feedback. So a $200 refund later, here I am. I have emailed him and he is very rude and offers no excuse.
I should have and could have done a lot of things to verify the damage, but I didn't. Now he has copied my listing to the word (including pictures) and guess what? NO damage and a $755 asking price.
Now, I certainly learned my lesson and know what to do next time.
You may want to consider putting this user on your blocked bidder list as I now have.
P.S. I have already reported him for copying my listing.

To chk2711: those of us who have had transactions with you on eBay know that you're a straight-up, honest, easy to deal with Person. It is really too bad that there are scammers like this clown out there. Hopefully this doesn't happen to you again.

Was this listing on Ebay?? If so, I think they may have pulled it as I couldnt see it. Sorry for your hassle....unfortunately, as with everything, it is the minority that ruin it for the majority. This rings true with Ebay where I have never had anything but good dealings with Tamiyaclub members

Hi, It looks like he may have 2 ebay IDs one the same without the . in the middle, best block them both as one has been live from 6 years 1 month and the other 6 years 2 months

Thanks for the kind comments and emails everyone. It is appreciated. Wrightpumpkin; thanks for the info. I just added the 2nd name to the list. ciadelta16 ;It was on Ebay, but it looks like it sold for $498. Atleast he didn't get asking price. Its bad enough he rips me off, but then he copies my auction.? What a piece of work he is.
Again, thanks for the support TC.
