Hello Folks. I finally got the Audi Quattro!! I love this body and always want to build it. This car is mother of all corner decals and took many tries to finally make it all covered and bubble free. I follow the Tamiya illustration and reference instead of the Carson version (which is little incorrect). I also added the front rollbar just to see how it look (a bit small which I think I will change a thicker one). The body also leave the headlights clear for future light rigging. I'm excited and happy with the result so I thought I share with you guys.

Special thanks to TimeCMDR for the body The picture really does not do justice on this kit Good job Carson!! What a beautiful body set! Decal tug of war!!!

Ben, glad you got it ok and what a job indeed, the red decals on the bonnet meet up with the headlightS too unlike most models I have seen on TC, excellent job indeed as I have heard these decals are not easy, SUPERB

Thank you so much guys! Brother Miga, when can I see you building this one? I know you love rally cars! Brother TIMCMDR, yes thats a rollbar but now I think its too small lol. Brother Dante, painting cockpit is very easy... all you need is some paint and six pack of beers!

WOW - Stunning. Love the wheels. I am sure the Merc 190E DTM are the worst decals to apply and get right.

Absolutely beautiful job. Always been a huge fan of the 1:1 Coupe Quattro, and this build really does do the classic rally car justice. Glad to see that you've put more sensible wheels on rather than the original Tamiya Kit version

YAY,you got one then!! Looks good, I'd like to see it running. The Carson shell is very nice, just that nasty moulding line across the bonnet (hood) that detracts from it a little. The rally decals hide that better than a straight road going paint scheme will though. Nice job VS.

Thanks Brother BJ!! I'm very happy too! I actually have two bodies now. I hope to build another one soon in a different livery (Marlboro maybe?).

Very nice job as usual,i believe the wheels are Escort Pilot, 2 part wheels with the dish the wrong way round to give much more offset.Loverly

Great job! This must be the best looking Audi Quattro A2 I have seen. Do you paint the black lines on the inside or the outside of the body? What kind of paint do you use?

That's awesome, I might have to get one and paint it red for the Gene Genie! 'Fire up the Quattro!'.

I like this car a lot. Your example looks so nice! The rims look awesome. Did you see my try on the rims yet? I have built mine in 2005 right after the release and in december 2008, I have added a nice interior.

I find it pretty amazing how nice you managed to get all these decals on so neatly I had one of these bodysets, and the decals were really a hell to put on with the square shapes of the Quattro.
