Kyosho Quad .
I brought this Quad from New Zealand with the help of Beetlelover (James) thankyou mate I could not have gotten this without your support. It was pretty cheap and its a tidy bike .The Quad is huge the rider has not been painted (A good thing) I dont know what paint to use on the rider as he is soft plastic and paint might come off easy, and the bike body is in good condition paint starting to come off in spots (another good thing as I want it a different colour) .The overall condition is good all the spikes are even on the tyres it said in the listing it had been run 3 times ,I think its missing a front nudge bar or parts of it ,If anyone can point me in the right direction for pics of a complete Quad I would appreciate it (To see if anything is missing). Its perfect for where I live as its so high off the ground good paddock runner and nitro as well should annoy my nosy neighbours .Again thankyou James you are a great guy and a very honest person .I can recommend James as a great person to do any deal with.(Not For Sale Or Trade) Comments Welcome

Great find this one. What colours are you gunna do him in? He looks a touch ghostly all white. I want to see some 'big air' action shots from off that dirt pile

Nice find, i've a real soft spot for these. allways fancyed one, but my plan would be to fit a .18 or .21 engine in. these quads really need something mad under that riders bum!

These are great, I had a boxed EP version. There's a picture in my showroom and the front nudge bar is as you have - short and not much use ! The front suspension is very exposed, pretty fragile and parts are not easy to get so take care. It might be worth making up a bigger bar for running. Very cool looking quad

Very nice. You are very lucky the rider was not painted, it was hell stripping mine! I have an EP quad in my showroom which I had to strip and rebuild. MIP made a smart rear-exit tuned pipe for the GP version, but they are rare as hen's teeth now. The stock front bumper is a bit useless (you aren't missing any parts), but I have seen people make more effective ones out of ally rod, or maybe one from a Traxxas Slash might work. The handlebars are pretty fragile too (I made my own out of ally tube), and the rear axles can bend if things get too rough. As far as painting the rider goes, Tamiya PC brush-on paints would be the best as they are flexible, but I used mostly Tamiya acrylic jars. As an aside, the Italian RC company Nuova Faor have recently made an nitro ATV too, and have ripped-off the Kyosho body and rider.
