It's actually the 415MSXX MRE, but couldn't find that in the drop down box. Ordered this from the US a couple of weeks ago and then promptly became horribly ill (not because I'd ordered it - just because I'm unlucky!). Anyway the nice Parcel Force man brought a great big box to my door the other morning that made me feel a bit better, then gave me the customs invoice that made me worse again.

I've really been looking forward to this kit as I've never owned a new TRF car all my current ones are eBay finds so I couldn't wait to rip open the box. Spent all day yesterday sanding carbon, getting covered in filth, marker pen and superglue, but it was worth it as that was all the horrible bits out of the way.

It's not quite finished yet, still got to sort the radio gear and build the shocks (the ones on there are my spare set). Waiting for some chassis protection film (a must have in my view, especially as I really hate prepping carbon), also waiting for a blue Jaad front diff as I really can't stand spools. Got to get a new shell as it's too nice to use with one of my old ones.

I added the optional blue rear diff, carbide balls and titanium axles as I have had these waiting in a box. Will post some more pics soon as I finish it off, was hoping to give it a test run on Sunday but it sounds like it might rain and I don't want to get it wet yet!

Very nice car. I would feel better with this. Some months ago i was horribly ill too and while i was ill i was waiting for a NIB TRF414 M. When i got it i felt way better somehow. Tamiya has some kind of a healing force to a Freak like me
By the way: The TRF415MSXX MRE has the number 42104.

Ah! That'll be why I couldn't find it in the '49xxx' list! I blame that on still be ill. I think you're quite correct about the healing properties of Tamiya, made me feel a whole lot better when I ripped the shrink wrap off the box!
