Identified: Speed Built - Silhouette Formula Series
A coworker gave me this car about eight years ago and I have finally started a little work on it. It has a worm gear transmission and see-saw front suspension. The gearbox surrounds the engine head and has openings which I assume the engine exhaust should go. How should I set it up? Is there a manifold that I am missing, it's really a weird setup? A couple more Mr. Muscle treatments and the paint will be off the body. I have some leftover Tamtech RSR decals that maybe I can adapt, or maybe I should find some Martini decals, we'll see. If anyone has any ideas, parts, or info on this one, please let me know, thanks! - Jim ------------------Now sold to mrlexan!

I'm liking it. Would be keen to see the chassis though Jim.

Looks like a nice find, Jim! A few shots of the chassis would definitely help identifying the make. Are those wheels made of aluminum?

Hi guys! Sorry for hiding the chassis under that wretched body! I must thank TomoLupus for sending me a link to an auction featuring this model. I have added the Sellers photos to this post! Yes Christian, the wheels are aluminum!

Where did those new pictures come from?. Are they a different model?...the box belongs to?
Road Burner
Sorry for the confusion Davecat, the new photos are just reference from an auction of the same model!
