Man that thing looks good. I have been following the new releases and although the Buggy Champ will go on the list at some point, I think I might be tempted to get one just because they are NEW technology and real fun to drive. I wish there were more F1 racers around. A stock class of these would be tops. Be sure to post pics, or a build thread.

You make me jealous It's a very interesting car, but I simply don't have room for another car here. By the way, I was wondering if you could measure the diameter of the inside of the tire for me? I was wondering if these tires would fit Gr.C or earlier F1 type wheels? (since the F104 rear wheels will not fit on older models).

Thanks for comments guys.

Inner diameter for the front tyre is about 40mm, and 41mm for the rear. Width of front tyre is about 29mm, rear about 36mm. According to my Tamiya dealer here in Singapore, these are totally new tyres and wheels, not compatible with Grp C or F103 ...

Thanks a lot for that data! The tires are indeed not compatible - without modification I think I'll get some of those tires soon then, and see if they can be stretched onto Gr.C wheels, or if I can sand the inside to the right size The Gr.C wheels seem to be 44mm in diameter, it's so close! The width doesn't really matter that much. Thanks again for the information!

Nice F1 car. Is the body a McLaren or a Ferrari?

Very intriguing body. Is it a mold from the Ferrari F2004?

Relwyn, the body is 3 piece molded, box art looks like a McLaren but is a generic body. I'm not sure if it is the same as a F2004.
