Now I´ve also finished the diff cover for TRF501X.
The pictures shows the first rough prototype. The only holes are the ones where the belt exit and enter. I have designed the cover so that the holes are moved forward in the car. It also means that the lower hole is moved up from the lower deck. This reduces the risk of any dust and small stones to enter the holes. There are no screws to attach the cover. The bottom part is secured with the rear suspension mount (BN6). It can also be secured with the same screws as the stock rear belt cover and/or with a screw through the hole in the lower deck if you want to. The upper cover is held in place by the shock mount/tower. So when you remove the shock mount you can remove the upper cover. When the upper cover is removed you can remove the top deck and diff. No need to remove the bottom part, unless you need to change the belt. But it is as easy as removing the top deck.
A bonus is that you don´t have to remove the rear belt cover in order to remove the diff, saving you the 'trouble' of removing 2 screws.
You can use those screws to attach the stabilizer instead, saving you 2 screws.
Yes, they are for sale. Let me know if you are interested.
Of course in black plastic.

Looks a nice part, how have you made it - CNC machine in your garage? Are you selling them?

I actually printed them in plastic (called ABSPlus). I´ve used this kind of diff cover in my TRF511 for more than 20 full battery runs. Works great.
Yes, they are for sale. Also have a diff cover for TRF511 for sale. Take a look in my showroom.

Like for the TRF 511 looks like a brilliant diff cover to me
I love it when people make custom parts, and on this level of finish and the way it's integrated in the rest of the car is just very very nice!
