This is my bullhead, I had one as a kid so it was only natural to buy another when i got older! It's stock with MSC etc, only mod is ceramic bearings throughout. I even took the rear steer lockout that it came with off.
One of the previous owners ran a novak super duty, twin batteries and some sort of hot motor's, it didn't come with any of these, but I'm happy because i just wanted to restore it and anyone who's owned a bullhead knows when it rolls the first thing to go is those expensive smoke stacks!

I have all new chrome, window (thanks to nice guy Scott A in the States) and decals, just waiting on the new shell to arrive (4-6 wks through Trevor Bringans). Edit: Just found out 8 weeks later Trevor Bringans (NZ Tamiya Distributor) didn't tell my LHS until now (because my LHS rang to ask where it was) that he couldn't get any more as they are discontinued (we knew that, we though when he was ordering it he was getting NOS). Oh well, quick couple of clicks later and Anthony @ Tony's Tamiya to the rescue!!!

15 Just have to detail door handles/grille/windows 20 How I got it 16 -window is glued in with some kind of solvent 12 -Best action shot I have at the moment 13 Chrome for new shell 19 -New Parts just turned up from JR-RC! :D 14 -New Chassis vs Vatican City Chassis 20 new chassis/wheels etc 15 old yellow runner shell is now matt black

Yeah they are. I think the bonnet is out of proportion to the cab and that's what makes them look funny. I still like them though as an alternative to the clod shell, they two look great side by side

Love it. How many hours I spent looking at this behind the glass at 'Hobbylandia' here, he he.

Thanks Erich! I swear these looked ten foot tall when we were kids! They are a beautiful 'second fiddle' brother to the Clod Buster.

This is a beautiful bull head. I love it. Well done love the lights also. I got a super clod with a bullhead body, oil shocks, thunderteck ball diffs and it runs a 3s lipo for power. It hauls but not as fast as my twin brushless, lipo powered ripper clod

Thanks mate! haha those two sound awesome! I have nearly enough parts to build another (need gearbox internals) and then I plan on some giving it some power upgrades

I used to own that yellow shell, I painted it like that in 1991 after seeing a review about the BH in an R/C mag. I didn't glue the window though, lol.

Hey Mike, oh did you? It's been through a few hands then, I bought this off a guy named Keir up north, and I tracked down a previous owner through RCRacer (cant remember his name), I think it was washed with something that reacted with the plastic and that's how it stuck together. Very cool it's been owned by a mate and another TC member!
