My project is coming on quite nicely I think, so I thought I would post a few new pics. Paint is automotive spray cans. Ford Midnight Blue, Volkswagen Pastel White. Foiled detailing, Clear lacquer on top, T-cut and waxed. Rear lights have been painted silver, and then given a coat of the translucent glass paint that you get in craft shops. Wheels are Audi Black with foil detailing. Next on the list are some wipers, wing mirrors and clear glass, make an interior of sorts, and make a roof rack. Do I need a life? Nope - not enough time!! Hope you like it :)

Awesome looking bug. You should add it to the SRB Group SIG
there are some really nice details there.

Stunning! This is what my 'Old Berta' (check the 1:1 in my showroom) would look like if I ever decided to turn her into a buggy! (Never will though!)

Fantastic, nice custom job on the body and wheels and the tires go very well.

Thankyou for all your positive feed back. I am really enjoying this one. A roof rack is in the pipe-line, I have done a bit of jewellery making in the past, so I will use silver wire so that it is nice and shiny! I will keep you posted

No comment about this shiny little thing the whole time...? Okay, let me be the first to leave one..., looks great - that's for sure!
Like the color scheme of body/rims and the hidden front post. Chroming is fantastic.
1st pic's the best - looks very 'scale-ly'!
Managed to finish this cutie?
btw - yes, I like it!!
