I decided after finding my old battered countach that it would be nice to make another one exactly as I used to have it !! I got the rolling chassis from purple rob minus the radio gear, I got very lucky on Ebay for the mk1 Acoms set which was almost like new and boxed, it came with a pair of mk2 servos and receiver as well and it all works perfectly for about £15 bargain!! The bodyshell is a new re-issue one which took me too long to paint ! It is a metallic black but I think straight black would have been nicer, anyway I hope you all like it!

Hi kougercat. I joined so I could see the XS1100LG, What a beautiful bike, congratulations to you my friend, that's a fine piece. As you know I'm selling a lot of my bike kits as I find it hard too do detailing now ( M.S. ). But I do still ride my Sportster, which I did build myself to my needs, Hand controls, kliktronic gear change, ect.
Thank you for making me aware of this club, its Gr8, and I'll be keeping an eye on your progress. Cars are not my biggest interest, but its amazing what you guys can build.
