well, lucky me!
every two or three years I realize I have gathered enough parts to build a complete 3speed, but this time I'm a bit bored to watch these static trucks on their shelves so I've decided to build a runner.
the axles are used and I didn't restore them. the chassis has been sanded down and resprayed with high-temp paint.
I bought the clod body a while ago and drilled it for a bruiser but I had no particular motivation and it spent a few years in a box... until we moved to a new house with a huge garage where I can spray paint freely.
once again the paintjob is average for a runner but I still have to practice before opening one of my NIB mountaineer bodysets.
more pictures to come of this truck in action!

That looks awesome! I've also got a clod-bod which is looking for a chassis, if it looks as good as yours when finished I'll be happy

Very tasty, love the candy red & satin black, that works really well.

Nice looking rig and I love the painted frame, the polished metal is always the thing that bugs the tar out of me about these old 3 speeds I just want to sand blast paint them so bad whenever I see them

this is one awesome truck mate! personally i would get rid of that blower, but it's possible. with some minor changes to the chassis is very capable to go nearly anywhere!!!
