I have always been a fan of the Merc Cosworth and decided to grab these Re - Releases with some M3's before they started disappearing as with most Re Releases.
A little history :-
•1986: The AMG Mercedes 190 E 2.3-16 recorded two victories in the German Touring Car Championship (DTM).
•1988: The AMG Mercedes 190 E 2.3-16 took four wins in the DTM. This lead Mercedes-Benz and AMG begin an official partnership in motorsports.
•1989: AMG was the most successful team in the DTM, with Klaus Ludwig and Johnny Cecotto notching up seven race wins at the wheel of the more powered AMG Mercedes 190 E 2.5-16 Evolution.

The best moment to get some because the car is already discontinued and this is one of Tamiyas tipical classics.With a TA 02 from a F-150 and some blue dampers a left driver cockip you can easily built for little money the perfect original one.Thanks again for the beautifull pictures of real ones,I am waiting for these every evening
