carboot find

I always go to my local car boot sale just to look for vintage tamiya, although 99% of the time i find nothing.
On this occasion i was lucky!! i found this sand scorcher sitting there looking very sorry for its self, i immeditely asked 'how much for this' the guy said 'a tenner' so naturally i ripped his arm off and did a runner. when i got home i had a look what was in the blue beeties bag. the car was complete, just missing the front indicators. i also found a new in bag genuine bumper (bargain). the buggy itself looked ok but the body was in bad shape with many layers of thick paint and a broken pillar and roof. i am still in the middle of restoring the body, but here are some pics.
