I removed the electronics that is illegal to use here in the UK - and fitted the electronics from a cream-coloured 27Mhz transmitter.
I soldered the power wires from the 27Mhz circuit board and battery connections - and passed them through the rear of the 75Mhz. case - then soldered the battery terminals and fitted them into the rear of the 75Mhz case...
I made a hole for the charge lead - and cleaned it up so it is similar to the rear of the cream case, then soldered the power wires back onto the 27Mhz. circuit board.
I also removed the stickers from the outside of the case that referred to the frequency...
