take one of the small bevels gears of the star shaft and put it in between the other two ,then put diff back together . like in pic

Thats how i locked the diff's on my tlt a couple of years ago, works well and cleaner than hot glue lol
To keep it balanced you could throw 3 spare small bevel gears into it. Most would have a spare diff laying around. Great idea.
Spot on TA-Mark . I did think of that ,but it was for my crawler , So was not worryed about it being balanced. And yes you are right , Got loads of bevels gears laying around.
