MY BeetleLovers-Albert-Head
I ordered some heads from BeetleLover in anticipation of the SS2010. I figured this would keep me busy until it arrives. This is the first one of his heads I painted. The Guide he has available spells out many tips and suggestions. I completed this in about three hours. I used Tamiya paints BlackXF1, WhiteXF2, YellowXF3, RedXF7, BlueXF8, and ClearX22. I mixed all the shades seen from these primary colors. The brushes I used were #000, #5/0, #10/0, and #20/0. Thanks BeetleLover for making these!

Wow! Excellent job! really well done! Now be careful masking off the face if you spray the helmet, or just continue by hand... Eyes are spectacular!

You've done that before, very good. If you'd been local I'd of paid good money for you to do mine... Show us the other heads when they are done..

Looks great! Well looks really life like! These heads still remind me of that actor Dennis Hopper. Does anyone see that?

Wow, looks real - and it only took 3hrs. I take my hat of to you fella. Great brush work
PS how fine is the smallest brush (don't know what #20/0, etc means) is it like one hair?

Thanks for all the comments! Kudos again to BeetleLover - the details and surface relief make these a pleasure to paint, and the shadows really pop in good light. I had fun doing this one.
