It seems like I have been doing this project forever .
I have had this FAV for over a year now it was a real mess when I got it .
This FAV was purchased from an Aussie seller I think he used it as a skateboard as it was totally flogged out the suspension was broken as was the gearbox and many other parts.
I have since been hunting down NIP parts and the right decals for the job.
Doing a FAV in this theme is no easy task many many hours of work went into this .
I have another 2 FAV's to do in the civilian theme so in the end I will have a NIB,1 unpainted shelf queen,1 done in box art ,and 3 in Civilain theme.
The Buggy is painted green metallic, silver rollcage and many silver painted parts, flat red driver, alloy rims.
The little STP decals were a nightmare to hunt down I got them in the end from a automotive decal seller so I have the rest set aside for the upcoming projects.
I hope you like my FAV .
Comments welcome as always.

spectacular job! never seen one in anything like that colour before, really suits the shape and gives it a retro feel. Let me know if you get stuck sourcing decals again

Exellent! Not too bad to have some new front tyres available, huh?

As per usual Stuart you have put your heart and soul into a completed car. Very well done.
As a side note...is that green grass in the background. That must mean that there has been some rain. That would have been very welcome.

Another FAVtastic job Stu...... I concur you are certainly a CO when it comes to FAV's but higher than captain I'd say Field Marshall

Looks really nice, excellent shade of green. The TAG decals on the side really suit it, as does the STP one on the front. Good work!
