All done and ready for a ragging
Well, here's the finished article. First lexan shelled car I've painted for about 6 yrs, so pretty pleased with the way it turned out, especially as I tried sommat new. Can you see it/guess what??
I'm really looking forward to giving it a proper run out now, but am afraid of wrecking my masterpiece. lol

your masking did a great job... but whats the two disc's above the motor..?

cheers, and they'll be the fan's in the form of stickers, as these trucks run rear rad's. I did wonder about putting them on, but thought I may as well. I might try and add a bit of detail beneath them so they don't stick out so much.

That's what I thought they were, but I didn't say coz I didn't want to be wrong. I saw one of these on a video on youtube once and it ran beautiful. Don't worry about wrecking it, have fun enjoy it, worse case buy another shell for when its on the shelf
KEV THE REV
Looks great Cliff . I like the 'frame only' feel

cheers kev, I was going for a slightly more realistic look rather than the 'solid' space frame area.
Biscuit
Just stick it on the shelf, thats what I do sad aint it

NOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOO. That goes against all my principles as an r/c modeller. Gotta use it, gotta do what it was designed for, and eventually get a fresh shell to replace the trashed one. lol

Looking good. Love the way you have done the rear cage. So far all I have broke is a rear bodypost after jumping ramps at the local indoor club. Advisable to buy the stronger blue wishbones, blue steering knuckles & hingepins. (Details in my ebay feedback left ebay id Rallyebaz)
