Wild Willy at Dassett Park

I'm at a real loose end lately. Was made redundant two days ago and don't start new job until 29th so with the weather being so good today I took the Buggy Champ and Willy over to Avon Dassett (or Burton Dassett if you're a pedantic local) and got some nice shots of them in the sun.

This was my first run of the SRB. The driver still isn't ready but I couldn't wait. Sadly I only have one hump pack and it only lasted five minutes so no shots in motion but I really enjoyed running it :) First time I have driven an SRB and it didn't disappoint, Sport Tuned gives it a heck of a kick too.

Put about ten stick packs through Willy and got some nice action shots, even the gf wanted to have a go so I let her and then quickly regretted it. I didn't get the transmitter back AND Willy lost both an arm and eventually his head. Bummer :(

On the up side she now want's her own Tamiya so I get to go shopping, and build it, and paint it, and maintain it .........
