If this was the academy awards for RC cars this would win the 'Most eagerly awaited re-release in all of Tamiya-dom'.

It would probably also win the rassies for 'If I see another SS NIB I'll be physically ill' and the 'I've got one too car of the year.

Anyways, I ordered this one from rcmodel.com.hk which was the cheapest online I could find, taking into account shipping costs. They shipped very quickly afterwards, it got here within a week but then stalled in customs for 3 weeks because they couldn't find the invoice taped to the back marked...you guessed it 'INVOICE'.

Some thought Tamiya couldn't afford the license... In the bag - so to say Update 6. April 2010, bought from stellamodels.net

Lol! And we thought only Belgian customs acted 'a little weird from time to time'. I guess it's a universal phenomenon! 'They're human, Jim, but not as we know it.'

The award I won is 'THE NIB KIT THAT EVERYONE HAS THAT I DON'T HAVE'

Congrats mate, a NIB vintage model (well nearly) must feel good to know you can cut into those blisters and not lose a fortune! Enjoy!
