Rat Rod Blitzer Beetle

This is my first 'real' RC car and my first build, I did a ton of reading and looking at other builds before I pumped on the Blitzer, and it hasn't disappointed. Just the right mix between control, speed and durability (so far) For the paint finish it was always going to have to be a rat rod, my younger days hanging out at Bugjam and SantaPod cemented that idea. For the paint I used a Warhammer spray paint, Mechanicus Standard Grey and then I used some Warhammer acrylics and paint techniques to give the weathered look, with some paint chip effects thrown in. Although for the paint chips I may well have waited till after the first few runs :D
Future plans include DT-02 turnbuckles, a slightly better motor and some road rubber.
