Kyosho GP10 Ferrari F40 OS Max 10
Hi,
after the Kyosho Testarossa GP, i had in my mind to do a Kyosho F40 GP too.
It is done, i bought a used GP10 Kyosho chassis, and after a good cleaning and setting, i spent a lot of time to do this F40 body as best as i can.
i painted the body with Tamiya PS-60, the rear grill is painted with Tamiya Smoke PS-31, Tamiya orange and red translucent for rear lights.
I am very satisfied with the final result, the car is very nice.
i will drive the F40 as soon as possible and add the video in my youtube channel.

Sweet Restoration on this rare Kyosho body, btw did you relocate the front body post to windshield? Be very careful driving it. These and Tesstarossa body are very old hard to come by.

@JYCM3 : you are right, I stuck to double-sided tape an ultra flexible vibration-absorbing foam one centimeter thick under the hood to avoid the rebound phenomenon that breaks the bodywork

Good idea, I thought it was done to avoid drilling hole for the body mount on the nice body. It turns out great just under windshield barely visible and kept that sexy hood line intact ??
