living where i do bang splat in the middle of 'the motorsport triangle' with Silverstone, Rockingham, and Santa Pod literally on my doorstep luckily i get to see all sorts of automotive loveliness on route to track days/car shows/race meets on the roads nearly every weekend but recently its the local hot rods & muscle cars that have caught my eye and when i found out this shell had been released i quickly set about gathering up some wheels to build the monster!!
i have used my over-hopped-up Ta04 chassis and combined a pair of tamiya XC lowrider wheels/tyres on the rear with a pair of normal 1/10th scale solid polished alloy rims on the front !!
you will deffo be seeing quite a few more muscle cars /hot rods / street rods appearing in the Monty showroom very soon.........

AWESOME! I have been dying to have one of these! Did you use the HPI body? How did it mount? Are there any width problems? I don't want to steal your idea, but I have been begging HPI to do one.

Wow that looks sharp, My favorite cars are Mopars, my grandad sold these at a family Chrysler dealership back in the days when they were new, I have a couple of these bodies myself Now I'm motivated to finish them up. I got some decals from mrlexan of the 1970 American Trans AM race series to replicate an American touring car.
twisty
