Tamiya Contest May 2022
Happy 20th anniversary Tamiya Club!!
Pictures of childhood fun back in the 90s at least 8 of us are neighbors as we drove on streets or parks more will join us. Even if you're in the house , you can hear R/C been driven 1-2 blocks away. I would hop on my bike and follow the sounds that's how I met new friends and ask to join our group.
Nest, some pictures of older Tamiya Contest I entered in the past, even I didn't win, it was a blast to come up with an idea and take pictures of my rc vehicles.
Finally, some pictures of Countach i acquired from a hobby shop that had it hidden in the top backshelf. And P34 6 wheeler that was restored and added Tamiya 1/12 mechanics over 30 years ago, inspired by the Tamiya catalog of their 1/12 scale race model kits.
All in all, this the place to be where I can be like a kid again with being embarrassed by someone who don't understand this hobby. This is my family and Happy 20th all!,

I was going to say how fantastic it is to still have pics like this! I have one of my Boomerang from back in the day but l lost the rest somehow, somewhere when l moved into girls and partying! Iol but l did take loads during my first spell in the hobby but to be fair most were out of focus or just a blur!! Good luck mate.
