I can't think of a photo that better 'shows my age' than this shot of me unwrapping my second-ever Tamiya kit - a Blackfoot! To say I was excited would be an understatement. My young cousin didn't understand what the big deal was.

Did you start the build that day? I remember getting my first proper rc the Subaru Brat and going to my room for most of Christmas day and being happy and a pig in s..t trying to put it together! My dad had to come and help me eventually!
