This is a fantastic example of the eighth Tamiya RC car, totally NIB, unstarted, as it would have been sold in local hobby shops from 13 September 1978. The original Japanese price was 12,000 Yen. The kit has been looked after fastidiously all of its life.

Just like the first RC car from Tamiya, the Porsche 934, the Lamborghini Countach took the 1:12 scale all metal chassis and combined it with a highly detailed static kit body. The motor was the larger, more powerful RS-540S. This is the very first Competition Special 'CS' model, an upgrade of the standard Countach #58006. The body had a unique chrome rear wing.

I am looking to trade for a NIB Porsche 959 58059 or Mounty 58111
